Controlling a web page from within excel

Excel 2002

I listen to BBC Radio's Listen Again feature on the web:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/radio...adcliffethurs#

As you can see, it has a Play/Pause button.

Is there a way to control that button from a toolbar button?

To be honest, I have no idea where to start.

Any pointers in the right directions would be much appreciated.
