automate query parameter refresh and multiple chart print out
Ok, I have (let me count here...) 7 worksheets in this excel workbook.
I also have 7 charts that run off of each of them. I also have microsoft queries that grab the data.... :( In each query, all of them have the same date period field. In th criteria, they all have the parameter [Enter Period (YYYYMM)]. Is there a way to have a user click a button to refresh all dat worksheets, and only be asked the parameter once? I also want to b able to let the user view each chart and print them all at once. I have done similar work before, and I create a form on a worksheet. Then I have the workbook open to that sheet and it looks like a men for the user. Can someone help me in this process, please? Thanks all! : -- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com |
