Setup Project
 

I'm creating a setup project in .NET and i have a custome folder that
contains my excel add-in, there is a place to specify the target
directory, how do i do specify a file path that will always use the
currents users documents and settings i.e. C:\documents and
settings\[what goes here?]\application data\microsoft\addins
