Ignore Error 1004
to you have break on all error set in the VBE. If so change it to break on
unhandled errors. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "akyhne" wrote in message ... Doesn't work! Ignore Error 1004
It may ignore the error, but it can't ignore what caused the error. You
need to fix your code so it puts in a valid formula. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "akyhne" wrote in message ... It allready is! the code is: With Selection.Validation .Delete .Add Type:=xlValidateList, AlertStyle:=xlValidAlertStop, Operator:= _ xlBetween, Formula1:=("=PLC_STROEMFORS" & TaelTrafoOp) .IgnoreBlank = True .InCellDropdown = True .InputTitle = "" .ErrorTitle = "" .InputMessage = "" .ErrorMessage = "" .ShowInput = True .ShowError = True End With ... and it stops at .Add Type:=xlValidateList, AlertStyle:=xlValidAlertStop, Operator:= _ xlBetween, Formula1:=("=PLC_STROEMFORS" & TaelTrafoOp) but it has to ignore this error and "make" this code anyway!!! Ignore Error 1004
It's not the above code that makes the error at the time I put the code in.
It's the reference: ("=PLC_STROEMFORS" & TaelTrafoOp) that has an error at the time (exists though). The funny thing is that if I makes this validation manual I just get an popup error that eksplains that the source at the moment has an error but the change is accepted.
