Skipping cells in a formula

(Excel 2000 9.0.3821 SR-1)

So ive got this text file that is dumped from our reports server an
unfortunaetly it isnt csv... so i've imported it and such and in a ne
sheet using sheet refs have it pull the data across i want... what i'
like to be able todo is highlite the row and use the drag handle an
have it pull the rest of the data thusly so i can macro it... howeve
the data i want skips every 6 rows...i tried using an offset and the
dragging it, but when i do that, it still increments by one... also
due to pagination this set of 6 rows happens 7 times, then skips 3
rows and starts over... so:

7 x 6 row offset
1 x 30 row offset

and so on

any ideas? i can post images of the imported text file with highlite
contents desired and an image of the destination sheet if that helps a
all... i really dont know any marco writing but this is kinda what
needs to happen

<Macro
//easy part i can do
Create blank sheet
open text file and set all the columns and junk
add headings to columns in new sheet

//Where I have no idea

for (row=1,row<the number of rows in column A of imported tex
file,rows++)
{
starting @ given row in imported text file

for (i=1,i<7,i++)
{
skip every 6 rows and pull data over into new sheet
}
for (skip=1,rows<30,i++)
{
skip these rows
}
}
</Macro
something like that... i thin
