why can't we use the macros in purchase order template
 

Everytime I use the template 'Purchase Order' that comes with Excel 2002 and
go to tools, macro, macros, the macros are there but the program wil not let
me edit or copy them. The only buttons that are not greyed out are the Run
and Cancel buttons.

why can't we use the macros in purchase order template
 

The author of the addin does not wish to share the code.
