Excel drop down menu

It was suggested that I go to tools/customize/options and
check always show full menus.

I have done this and I still do not have a LIST option or
ARRANGE in my DATA drop down menu.

Any more suggestions?

Believe that functionality was introduced in Excel 2003, so you wouldn't
have the menu items. (Your book is about xl2003 and should be largely
compatible with xl2002, but there were new capabilities added in xl2003).

Thank You,

Just my luck, I guess I will have to go to the campus lab
and do it there. I bought this so I could do my internet
class at home and because this is a "Student and Teacher"
version it can not be updated.

Thanks again for your help,
Donna
