Step Thru Formulas Macro

Does anyone know of a macro that will allow me to step thru a formula
and have it take me to the different cells and sheets in a workbook
where it finds the information so I can check the accuracy of the data
and the formula?
Please help, as I have 218 worksheets with several thousand formula's
on each worksheet that I need to check.
Thank you,
Rick

Sorry about last phrase was looking up Rob Bovey's
Code Documentor [as spelled] and saw that it only applied
to VBA, but may be of interest later on.
