changing column order in pivot tables?
 

You can manually rearrange the columns, if manual sort is on. Or, create
a custom list, and the pivot table will sort in that order:

Type the list on the worksheet
Select the list
Choose ToolsOptions
Select the Custom List tab
Click the Import button
Click OK
