insert SORT in right-click
Seems a question like this was asked yesterday. In fact I remember
answering your anonymous posting with "macro" in the reply name. I can't find that answer so maybe it didn't actually get sent, and would have answered how to create a rightclick menu Right Click Menus (Context Menus) in Excel Which would not be useful (IMHO) for your usage. All you need is an Event Macro to trigger on a right click Event Macros http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/event.htm and Sorting triggered by an Event Macro (#activate) http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel...g.htm#activate but you can use rightclick event macro, and you would include your own sort material such as by recording a macro when you do a sort. --- HTH, David McRitchie, Microsoft MVP - Excel [site changed Nov. 2001] My Excel Pages: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm Search Page: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/search.htm "macroq" wrote in message ... How do I make the SORT (data-sort) function show up in the menu when I right-click in a worksheet? -- excelq |
