Default Excel 5 macros

I have recently upgraded to Excel 2002 from Excel 5 where I have a large
number of macros that would be difficult to upgrade particularly from a time
standpoint as well as my lack of knowledge. I was told by one person that he
thought that Microsoft intended to support Excel 5/95 VBA language.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Roger
