msoControlEdit
 

I have an msoControlEdit which I need to fixthe text typed into it. When I
type the text and press my OK button the text I typed in the msoControlEdit
vanished.

I noticed it can be achieved by pressing enter/tab, but is there a way to
fix the text immediately? Also can it be made to look like a password field?
