apoligies:changing excel icon

Hi,
Earlier I post with wrong subject.Apoligies,I couldn't notice.My
question was,how can I change excel file icon.Is that possible to
change excel icon with anything else(using icon program) for specific
file only.Any help will greatly apreciated.Thanks
