Macros in HTML

as HTML no chance to use macros. But have a look at:

I have Excel Spreadsheet with macros to execute filters and sorts.
I want to send it to customers.
I have buttons which execute these macros.
I can't lock the worksheet becauuse I then loose the filter
functionality.
I thought I could save the excel sheet as HTML.

The goal:
1) to have a HTML or Excel page that allow my customers to click on a
button
which then executes a sort or filter.
2) to have a slick looking page in excel or HTML.
