Default IF THEN ELSE STATEMENT

I have code that is to check to make sure the user entered
data into 4 fields before it sends the email msg out. It
does not work..It keeps showing the msg "You Must Enter A
Pod Count" even if A Pod (K9) has something in
it......Plese help...Here is my code.

Sub SendEmailA()

CheckA:
If K9 = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER A POD COUNT")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
GoTo CheckB
End If

CheckB:
If L9 = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER B POD COUNT")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
GoTo TryAgain
End If

CheckDate:
If K17 = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER A DATE")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
GoTo CheckTime
End If

CheckTime:
If K19 = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER THE TIME")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
GoTo SendMail
End If

SendMail:
ESubject = "A Unit Count"
SendTo = "
Ebody = "A Unit Count is Completed."

Set App = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set Itm = App.CreateItem(0)
With Itm
.Subject = ESubject
.To = SendTo
.Body = Ebody
.send
End With
Set App = Nothing
Set Itm = Nothing

ActiveWorkbook.Save
ActiveSheet.Visible = False
Sheets("Menu").Select
Range("B8").Select

TryAgain:

End Sub

Default IF THEN ELSE STATEMENT

I assume K9 is a range/cell, so you have to use

If Range("K9").Value = "" then

Default IF THEN ELSE STATEMENT

Ok, but it will not go onto the next Statement...
If it is true it is to go check the next box, and so on.
It still seems to only want to check the first on.
I have also tried it as the follwoing code and same thing.
Only chekcs K9 and not the rest of the cell and if they
are all full it does not send the mail.

If Range("K9").Value = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER A POD COUNT")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
If Range("L9").Value = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER B POD COUNT")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
If Range("K17").Value = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER A DATE")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
If Range("K19").Value = "" Then
MsgBox ("YOU MUST ENTER THE TIME")
GoTo TryAgain
Else
GoTo SendMail
End If
