How To Make a Locked list Automattically Expand
 

I am using excel 2003.

I have a list in which i am trying to lock the header and the last column
which contains a formula.

Locking it is not a problem, however when go to protect the work sheet it
will not expand the list automatically anymore. I need it to do this how
can i set it so that it will auto expand when locked.
