Comparing Lists to Partial Lists
I have a project coming up that I am starting to prepare for an
wondered if anyone could give me a direction to start towards. I have a list of components that make up certain of several products ("Kits" if you will.) This list is used for forecasting so the list i only a partial list of the components that make up the products. What need to be able to do is this...when we receive actual orders o components, I need to be able to have that order compare to the list o possible kits and determine which kit the order most closely matches t determine which product they ordered. Would this be an indexing function or is there a better direction should investigate? I would greatly appreciate anyone with suggestions as to which way t go.
