switch excel/reflection for windows

Helloooo,
sorry for my poor english :

is it possible to start a macro in XL or "reflection for Unix and windows" ,
copy a cell from excel et paste into a screen in reflection :

i would like to copy a range of cells from xl, (A1:A50) and paste into
reflection but if the paste is possible, "manually" , i write a code to
paste with visual basic, make 22 "tab" in teh screen ans after that the
problem is : how to return in xl and continue A2, A3 etc...
the swith is possible by the ALT TAB "manually" but how in automatic please
?
My first step is to open xl from Reflection but after that ...

ps: Reflection have an visual basic editor too !

Thanks to you

Patrick

If it has an "X" in the name, it must be Linux?
Please don't thank me in advance. Thank me afterwards if it works or
hit me in the face if it doesn't. ;-)
