Transform MS Excel Workbooks to Web-based Application
 

Hello,

I have been looking for ways or products that would help
me transform a number of MS Excel Workbooks to interactive
Web-based Application.

Can someone please tell me what is the best approach for
this process? As far as I know based on my investigation
there is no COTs product out there that will help me do
this transformation.

My goals are to enable the users to add and change value
to any specified cells in a worksheet. Users should also
be able to add/delete/rename worksheet, columns and rows.
Any change that a user makes should be saved to a database.
