cannot unhide rows!

how can i unhide rows and columns. this doenst work:
Rows("1:2000").EntireRow.AutoFit
Columns("F:H").EntireColumn.AutoFit
Rows("1:2000").Hidden=False
Columns("F:H").Hidden=False

please suggest something
