How do you create a VBA Macro to create a VBA Macro

When I run my Macro I want it to insert a button on a spreadsheet

Then insert code linked to that button which links to a Form

Insert a Form

Edit Form so it has appropriate buttons

Then Insert code into that form

---------------------------------------------

So in essence, my program has a button that will insert another macr
program into any workbook of my choice (that is if I can write th
program
