How to get the macro record button back
Hi Steve
when you're recording a macro next choose view / toolbars / stop recording - and then don't close it again :) this should set the behaviour of the button back to normal Cheers JulieD "steve" wrote in message ... How to get the macro record button back
Start recording a macro, then do view = toolbars and click on the Stop
Recording entry. this will make the stop recording toolbar visible. Now you can click the stop recording button and then discard the recorded macro. Now when you start recording, the stop recording toolbar will appear. Avoid closing the stop recording toolbar by clicking the upper right corner. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "steve" wrote in message ...
