Default ActiveXTextBox with SpellChecker ?

Using Excel 2000, I have a single sheet workbook containing
4 ActiveX textboxes created via ViewToolBarsControl ToolBar.

Can I enable SpellChecker for these Controls? If so, how
please?

Or, could I develop this via Excel 2003 if that helps?

If it were possible, then how do I control the way
SpellChecker would intervene/respond, please?

Regards.
