Listbox - write newly selected item back to the worksheet
 

I can create a listbox and populate it with a named range that is two columns. The first column shows the code and the second column is the description of the code. I can now get the selection originally on the worksheet to appear BUT now my problem is... what if I want to change the selection.. How do I get it back to my worksheet??? I used to know how to do all this in vb6 but it was so long ago... Now I have just blanked out... and yet it used to be easy.. I thought... I don't know if I should save write it at the point of saving the changed record or in listbox change.. or what... :( ...
