Program Excel 2000 With Vb.Net
 

I have excel 2000, i wish to do some programming with it but i wish to be able to do this in visual studios.net. But i dont have excel 2003, so i cant really do any programming for excel with vs.net. But i would like to know a if there is a way to program for excel 2000 with visual studios.net.

if not is there a way that i can build a dll in vb.net that i can use in excel and than manipulate this with the excel 2000 vba code?
