SMS with Excel.
 

I have a sheet with Current Balance in one coloumn and
Mobile Number in other coloumn of about 1300 customers.
Everytime the balance changes I have to call the
respective client and inform him about his balance. Is
there any software that i can combine with excel and have
it SMS clients automatically their balance using internet
as a media? I am sure its possible, but then i will have
to find a service that provides this facility in India? Or
any companies fofer this around the world?
