I have quite a lot if data to display and I want to group them so that when a user click on one of the group it shows detail info of the group. I am trying to revise an excel file that is done manually so that it takes the data from sql server. Thanks Under the Data menu, take a look at "Group and Outline..." Not sure if this will suit your needs, but you can group rows or columns together so that you can Hide/Unhide them with one click. I use it for spreadsheets with daily data. I group each week, so I can hide them and just see the weekly subtotals, then expand them when I have to enter data. |
