training people with excel
i am trying to develop a training tool with excel for my
staff. the requirement is to teach and test them a place name and a thing associated with it(it makes sense, honest) so far i have just done a list in a worksheet and they type the associated thing. with the use of the if function, it then tells them if they typed the correct thing. I would like to be able to use vba to develop it a little. Here is what i would like to it do. tell them an answer. (teaching) ask them the answer. (testing) tell them the next answer. ask them that one. after 5 or 6 of these 'cycles', it asks them for answers they have already been taught and answered. when they have answered a question correctly 3 times it goes down as being learned and is no longer asked, each time that happens, a new answer is introduced (taught) I would also like to have just the test bit, where it asks them just the questions without first giving them the answer. can anyone help Is it also possible to mark them on this section? can i log the scores, with possibly a name for future reference and score tracking? Hope all this makes sense all help appreciated. |
