Paste values only
 

Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet with conditional formatting and
special number formatting. User would copy data from other
spreadsheets with different formats. How can I force the
users to paste values only so they can not over write the
formattings.

I only need to restrict pastings in Column A as that is
the column which will be changed by the users.
