Rename Files from Explorer

I have one hundred files in a folder. I wish to make
copies of them all in another folder, but would like to re-
name them all (they all have 2003 in their name and I
would like the copies to have 2004 instead). Is there
a "Copy/Replace" function within Explorer, or elsewhere?

Thanks all.

Third-party utility Lupas Rename works well and is free.

http://go.to/lupas2000

Select your folder in Explorer.

Open Lupas Rename.

Select "Filename" tab.

Select your 100 files and "replace text" 2003 "with this new text" 2004
