Mail Merge Programming????

Have a golf card on a 2002 Excel sheet wanting to print many cards after
reading names and handicap from an 2002 Excel sheet. Can not find a way of
getting Excel to mail merge or print the sheets. I can mail merge using Word
but not if I paste the Excel card into Word. I tried the different ways of
pasting into Word but only way to hold the cell spacing is to use Excel
worksheet format. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me some
programming to do this task?

You have to do it from Word, don't know why that should be a
big problem if Word is going to be doing the work.
