newbie spreadsheet problem
 
I have a spreadsheet like (pic attached). I am trying to work out th
cost per buffet. What formula do I put in to calulate the total cos
from unit cost * quanity for each buffet

=sumproduct($C$2:$C$10,D$2:D$10)

assuming unit cost is in C2:C10 and for Buffet1 quantities are in D2:D10
