Excel Macro
AQ,
there are a couple of options. You can put comments on Excel's status bar to advise on the progress of your code: Application.StatusBar="Doing some stuff" .... Application.StatusBar="Nearly Finished..." .... Application.StatusBar=False The last line clears resets the status bar. If you don't do this, you'll be left with the last message you sent for the rest of the day. If that's not visual enough, Chip Pearson has an add-in you could try: http://www.cpearson.com/excel/Progress.htm Cheers, Pete -----Original Message----- Hi Is is possible within Excel to create som type of status box while running a macro.
