Userform in excel97 not working right!

I have created several workbooks all practically with the same code
they were created with excel xp i have now loaded them on to my work
network which use excel 97 everything seems to work fine except th
userform......on the whole the user form works, it pops up on deman
when a cell is selected in the range and it also has a populate
dropdown list but when i select some text from the list the box jus
closes without putting the selected text in the active cell.

Any Ideas?

I have tried to upload workbook on here but it says the file size i
too large even though its only 300kb, so i can mail it to anyone wh
can help!
