Macro override password protection
Worksheet protection is worth using only for keeping users from
inadvertently messing up the sheet. See http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/removepwords.html You can add all kinds of other roadblocks, but they won't keep anyone who can open your workbook from accessing the worksheet. If you and all your users have XL2003 and have access to Server2003, you can try using XL03s digital rights management limits.
