I've been using a free program (cutePFD) to convert excel workbooks for
emailing.
Sometimes I get a workbook where the program will only allow 5 pages in a
pdf file. Other times 12-15 pages are average and allowed.
Any idea why?? Or is there a better way to email excel file where you would
like to discourage someone who might edit them.

Thanks
Hank

Hank,

You can put the worsheet directly into an email (not as an attachment).
File - Sent to - Mail recipient.

Earl,
That works ok if I only send one page -- I have 12-15 worksheets (each one
page long). Sometimes send to - Mail Recipient will loose the page
format...Check boxes go everywhere.
Thanks
Hank
