convert for email
I've been using a free program (cutePFD) to convert excel workbooks for
emailing. Sometimes I get a workbook where the program will only allow 5 pages in a pdf file. Other times 12-15 pages are average and allowed. Any idea why?? Or is there a better way to email excel file where you would like to discourage someone who might edit them. Thanks Hank |

Hank,
You can put the worsheet directly into an email (not as an attachment). File - Sent to - Mail recipient. -- Earl Kiosterud mvpearl omitthisword at verizon period net ------------------------------------------- "Hank Hendrix" wrote in message ... Earl,
That works ok if I only send one page -- I have 12-15 worksheets (each one page long). Sometimes send to - Mail Recipient will loose the page format...Check boxes go everywhere.
