Hey there, I'm really new to macros but have come along way (at leas
i think) Heres my problem Im trying to set up a system for a roster whereby i can enter staf availability into one workbook which shows up as grey on workbook 2 I want to set it up so that i can enter a "yes" (rostered work) int the grey areas i choose without losing the grey. And i dont want gre areas to be created if i accidently add a "yes" to a white area. No do i want the grey areas established to be deleted. Any help Thank Kyl |

So what have you tried, and what do you get?
