Are you asking about the list you see when you click on the
data|filter|autofilter dropdown arrow? If yes, then excel will only show 1000 unique values. But Debra Dalgleish has some techniques that may help you: http://www.contextures.com/xlautofilter02.html#Limits If you want to extract the unique values in a column, look at data|filter|advanced filter (check that unique records only box). Debra has notes for everything! http://www.contextures.com/xladvfilter01.html#FilterUR "con_orense <" wrote: how can i see all values of my data in filter mode? the list displayed are only half of the whole file, so i could not copy that data to another column. thanks a lot for any help u can give. --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ -- Dave Peterson |
