Default on press detection

is it possible to make a macro that detects when the enter button i
pressed?

what im trying to to, automatically save and possibly exit the workboo
when the enter button is pressed. this may sound odd but in th
spreadsheet you only have to press enter at one point and thats befor
you save and exit it.

I need to save people time faffing around like muppets as they canno
use excel correctly.

Regards
