Read the contents of the column
 

I need to read the contents of the columns in categories and display it in forms

For example: A1 cell content is Category1 and A2, A3......A10 are sub categories
A11 cell content is Category 2 and A12, A13 are sub categories.

Can somebody suggest me a way out
