Excel templates on web
 

I have a template with multipage forms and lot of data. It works perfectly fine. My concern is that as per one of the possibility we may have to give an access to the same template through intranet web. Does anyone have any idea if it would work the same and if not what could be the possible problems and what should be taken care before hand
