Hello again

I now have my auto spreadsheet running magnificently.

How can I make sure that it runs "minimized" or "quiet" so that it does not
disturb me when it is automatically invoked?

I'm not sure how you are "automatically invoking" it, but try:

Application.WindowState = xlMinimized
