formula - table - cells

hello,

bit difficult to explain... but here it goes. I have a table of value
'x' and 'y'. At the moment I must enter all these values manually in
turn into 2 cells which turn calculate 'a' and 'b' values (which I must
then type in next to the appropriate 'x' and 'y' values). Is there an
automated way of doing this (posibly using VB)? Please help...

Regards

Mat

Mat,

With Excel, there is always a way (almost always). But we need more
information. How about putting a simple example in your next reply...
