Personnal certificate and numeric signature problem

Hi everyone,

I am running Excel 2000 in Win2K (French) and I create workbooks that
include some VBA code. I distribute those files to my friends and family
members. To make sure there is no problem with my code, I sign my projects
with my personnal certificate which I have created with the "SELFCERT.EXE"
utility.

Everything goes fine for more than three years now. I recently had to
reformat my PC and restore my data to the state it was before I experienced
some problems. Everything is fine except for only one workbook.

When I load the file, I receive this message: (I translate from french)

"Macros contained in this file do not match the numeric signature. Only a
virus can cause this. Please run an anti-virus and contact the author of the
document. Macros will be deactivated."

I am sure there is not virus in my PC: I use a good anti-virus, I have a
router with an active firewall and I never open a joined file in my email
client. Anyway I don't have any other problem aside from this one.

The only way I found to solve the problem is this: I remove the signature,
resign the projet, save the file, unload and reload it. But this is good
only for the next usage. As soon as I work with the workbook and save my
data, the next time I open it, I receive the same message and I have to sign
it again.

I would appreciate that someone could help me with this problem.

Thanks
