Hi all,
by default excel column width and row height are measured in pixels. Is there a way to get this in centi meters? by code or theu an addin? which can be used in all workbooks by default. TIA Soniya |
Row Height
Your basic statement is blatantly false. You need to look in excel VBA help
to see how rowheight and columnwidth are actually measured. Perhaps this misperception is the main cause of your problem. RowHeight Returns the height of all the rows in the range specified, measured in points Height Property (for a range) Returns or sets the height of an object, in points. ColumnWidth One unit of column width is equal to the width of one character in the Normal style. For proportional fonts, the width of the character 0 (zero) is used. Use the Width property to return the width of a column in points. Look in help for centimeterstopoints Width Property (for a range) Returns or sets an object's width, in points. ----- Point: a unit of measurement equal to 1/72nd of an inch -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Soniya" wrote in message ...
