NEED TO CREATE 4 COLUMNS UNDER SIX

SETTING UP FORM WHERE THE TOP HALF HAS MORE COLUMNS THAN THE BOTTOM -- HOW DO ADJUST THE COLUMNS AT THE BOTTOM WITH OUT DISTURBING THE ONE AT THE TOP -- MERGE CELLS DOES NOT WORK AS THE COLUMNS ARE A DIFFERENT SIZE I HAVE TO MOVE THEM - FREEZING PANE ONLY LETS ME SCROLL -- SO i'M LOST -- CAN IT BE DONE??
