Converting a number to a date/time
 
I need to make a program that turns a number in the form of ymmdd int
yy/mm/dd. I also have time in the format of hhmmss and need it in th
form hh:mm:ss. I have tried various things in excel but was not abl
to figure out how to convert it. Please help me. Here are som
example numbers,

40106 (ymmdd)
145625 (hhmmss)
