How to protect a worksheet such that cell value can be edited ?

How can I protect a worksheet in that way that the user is able to edit cell
values but is not allowed to make invisible columns visible again.

In case that I protect a worksheet, the user is not able to make invisible
columns visible again, however the user can't edit any cell also, which
should be enabled though.

Oscar

unlock the cells where you want input and then protect the sheet with a
password.

Format | Cells... | Protection tab | Locked = false (not ticked)
