Screenscraping TN3270 Screens with Excel VBA

Hello!

I'm looking to get some tutorials on how to screen scrape
data from TN3270 (Attachmate EXTRA!) screens using a list
of account #s available on a file and outputing scraped
data onto a text file.

Does anyone know a good resource for learning how to do
this with Excel VBA?

Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Matt

Hi Matt,
Try the following Google search which will limit to 80 documents
if you look at the short descriptions you might find some-
thing of interest.
http://www.google.com/advanced_search?lr=lang_en
either from Google Toolbar or in with all the words
TN3270 +excel +sub +tutorial

Seems rather specialized, perhaps you can report back
what you find useful, since if you are looking for information
so too will someone else.

Same search in the Newsgroups: (found nothing except perhaps this post)
http://groups.google.com/advanced_gr...Excel*&num=100
with all the words: TN3270 +excel +sub +tutorial

Posting anonymously in technical newsgroups is rather
self defeating. Suggest you at least get a hotmail address
specifically for using newsgroups and check it frequently.
