Dynamic Outlook Form with Access as datasource
 

Hello, This has probably been asked already but I thought I'd ask
anyway.

Basically, what I'd like to do is: we have an MS-Access database which
contains information which I need to pull into my Outlook form.
Presently, each user is manually typing information into the textboxes
but ideally this repetitive info will come directly from the database
with the user then only needing to add comments and then email it.

Info on the form is provided in 5 or 6 textboxes which are grouped as
#1, #2, etc. The problem is each day when a user accesses the form, the
number of grouped boxes changes according to the data from Access. One
day it could be 3 groups, the next 5, the next 10, maybe zero.

What would be the best way to approach this project? I just need to be
pointed in the right direction and I could take it from there. Thanks
